I placed an order for Phoenix Ultra - Rainbow SS vide Order ID : #[protected] and paid an amount of ₹1412.72 after a special discount from your website site for (Discount) ₹186.28. I paid the amount upfront and I got the product at my address through Delhivery AWB No. : [protected].
I found that the watch is not working and its not getting charged. Though initially I thought that it would get charged if i charge it for 2-3 hours. The watch is not at all getting charged irrespective of my repeated efforts.
I request them on March 15 to replace the watch or to refund the money I paid back to me immediately but till date neither the company had the audacity to reply to my complaint nor to refund the money or replace the smart watch
