I purchased a Fire-Boltt Axiom smartwatch from Amazon on 26 October 2025 (Order Number:[protected]. Recently the watch stopped powering on.
I contacted Fire-Boltt support and raised a warranty complaint. On 27 February 2026, I sent all the required details including the purchase invoice and other information as requested by their support team.
However, even after providing all the details, I have not received any proper response from the company. It has been several days and my issue is still unresolved.
I have tried contacting their customer care multiple times on their helpline numbers, but the calls remain on hold for a very long time and no representative answers the call. I have attempted to call several times but could not get any support.
This lack of response and support from Fire-Boltt is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. As a customer, I expect proper warranty service and timely assistance.
I request the concerned authority to kindly intervene and help resolve my issue. I would like Fire-Boltt to either repair or replace my smartwatch under warranty as soon as possible.
