Fireboltt — Money deducted from my bank account but the order confirmation didn't received yet

I ordered fireboltt talk smart watch from fireboltt's webstore, while i was making payment of that online, payment was successful but the order confirmation didn't shows in there website it shows that there is no orders .
Very poor payment interface of there website leads to this type of problem .Please resolve my issue as soon as possible. I am a student any Rs2374.05 means me a lot.
