I ordered a Smartwatch on July 26 and received it on July 27 .
I found issues in the Smartwatch and returned it on July 27 and asked for a refund.
However, It's been more than a month now and I haven't received the amount back yet. The customer support always puts me on hold and mostly doesn't answer. They even haven't responded back to my email since 2 weeks. Was this information helpful? |
