Placed the order and realised that it doesn't have after sales service. Tried to cancel the order but there was no option to cancel the order. Tried calling customer care but the call never get connected. Mailed them multiple times but no reply. Then i read in their website that if we reject the order we will get the refund but still I didn't get it. Raised a ticket but still no response Was this information helpful? |
