I purchased a smartwatch on 26 03 23 and it is faulty. It is not charging. I tried to file a complaint on their site but they only sent me an email with complaint no. And suggested to visit their service center. It is a new product and hence I want a replacement or refund of my money. They are not entertaining my complaint at all . Was this information helpful? |
