I had deposited one cheque in icici bank, machariya branch, kanpur on 07/10/2017 & i had received mgs from bank that returned cheque 469530 of acct xx3463 has been sent to you by first flight courier, awb j991z1069518 on 09/10/2017. But still the said courier not received & several times i had tried to contact to your customer care but no body had picked the calls on given nos.
