Full description of the incident- I have couriered original medicall bills using first flight courier on 14/3/2019 from Hyderbad(Kateden) and it
is suppose to reach to Baroda, But till today its not reach to destination and when i check in flight flight tracking record it says courier is Arrived at Baroda HUB on 16/3/2019.
Desirable resolution of your complaint ----Request you to please delivery to Baroda address as mentioned in consignment destination address

I had couriered my original bills via first flight courier service from Hyderabad Consignment # A991B4279018.
And Its been more than 2 months and till today my courier is not delivered to destination(Baroda)

Please help me to get the parcel delivery to destination or at least help me to get it back.

This is in regard to the misplace of parcel from preet vihar office of first flight
Either i want my refund or i will legally file a complaint against the company.
It was parceled from preet vihar to outran line north delhi
I have been continuously calling but have been getting no response from the company side.
I please request you to look into the matter m resolve my issue as soon as possible l.

I was stayed at ruby hotel, aligarh and unfortuantely i forgot my id (Voter card) over there, which was being couriered by them through first flight on 20th april 2019. I tracked the courier, and it is at lucknow first flight office for last one month, but not delivered yet. I tried to contact so many times at their corporate office, but no one is answering.
Mr. First flight, i could not able to give my vote just because of you. You will have to pay for it... Remember

Consignment contained important official bills/ personal claims and documents

I have booked courier through First Flight courier Kota vide docket no -R991B1664135 and R991B1664136 on 13.3.2019. But still the courier not reached to its destination . Having important medical documents.
When I personally investigate, Kota team said the same docket is traced at Delhi, but no one at Delhi Office to return the same. Please help in this regard to get the courier return.

I've ordered electronic good from dhanbad jharkhand 20 days ago 18 april. When i call first flight courier they keep on telling that first flight courier workers are on strike so the parcel you ordered will stop at any sorting center. Now what to do in order to get that parcel to my home?

They are just taking too much time and annoying customers by going on strike and not performing shipping duty. If they are on strike they would have transferred or tie up to other courier service that would help all the first flight shipments to reach person to person on time without delay. Myself and other people ordered expensive goods that are now on hold and don't know when they will reach us. Strike will ultimately harm the courier or close the service in india as if the shipments didn't kept with safety then that would be a great problem the company.
The seller didn't provide me with tracking instead he given package with the first flight sticker with barcode my address my phone number and pincode 416003

It's been 10 days. My parcel with important certificates were couriered to me from jamshedpur, sakchi branch to noida sector 120 but it hasn't been updates in the records till date. There is no one answering the phone call or customer care or on fb/ twitter. The reference id is u991m1227512. Kindly look into this. Those were my original certificates. How can they simply lose it?

I am not yet received my pan card ...I was applied before one year but till the date I am not received my pan card ...at the same time I visited my hometown courier office lot of times...but they not responded as much ...so only I book this complaint...kindly search my pan card and should be deliver as earlier as possible ...it is very urgent without my pan card I am not able to apply my loan...so please take an action and convey my post at the same time update the status for my post.

I have send a courier from your gomtinagar (Near mithai wala) office to mau (Up) on 05/04/2019 with tracking id - j991m8434601 it was box with medicines inside it which was very urgent to post but it's being around 1 month it's haven't reached yet. I have inquired at your office many times but they told me that the vehicle got an accident & it got seized by the police near faizabad it was very important courier as there was medicines which was costing rs2000. It was very disappointing for me i used your courier service. So either you send my courier or refund me the amount of medicines. So kindly look into the matter as soon as possible. The courier was supposed to delivered to danish raja at mau office and it was send from first flight office vijay khand gomtinagar lucknow by rohan jaiswal.

Dear first flight couriers

My pan card has not/ wrongly delivered on 19-mar-2019 by first flight couriers pvt. Ltd courier vide airway bill no. M9...60.

You delivered very lately/ not delivered that too late and with your delivery creating a problem to us.

Please redeliver my pan card to my exact address and before it please call, confirm about consignment & deliver in person again.

Before giving courier at first first courier, brahma estates, kondhwa khurd, pune-411048 we were told courier would be done to main city hyderabad, telangana, & when reached with the envelope said we can't do it we would try with some tirupati courier, this is the bloody # services you people want to give the customers, this thing should have been communicated earlier also.
I saw on site customer satisfaction % is very very great-2% wow,
Keep it up same way & you would go in negative.

Below is the consignment number which we shipped through firstflight and its remain un-delivered in february & march including cloths & jewelry worth ₹6700. Almost 2 months passed still we have not get the products back and now they are saying company is closed and we cant help you to get it back.

Its been more than a month. I haven't received my courier yet. And the avaliable number of first flight courier is not reachable all the numbers. And even i don't know where my courier is the place from where the courier was sent told me its in delhi hub and the number they have provided me is not contact able. I have raised complaint regarding this earlier but there was no response from any side. I want any solution asap.

My friend has send a parcel through flight flight courier on 23.03.19 from nagpur to hyderabad with tracking no. M991z5786631.

While tracking on first flight site it is showing arrived at destination on 26.03.19.
But not been delivered yet eve after one month.

I have booked a courier delivery to surat, gujarat from shahjahanpur, u. P.

The courier was booked on 13 march 2019 but till date it has not been delivered to its address in surat.
The parcel contains company material and it is urgently required back as it is company asset.
I have tried contacting the person with which courier was booked but no reliable answer is received. He is telling that all the offices are shut down and hence no delivery is possible.
The online tracking system shows status as: pending, address in sufficient.
But i have mentioned the same address for past communications as well.
Please look into the matter and track the parcel location.
Please deliver it to me or the mentioned address.
The parcel is a company asset.

We have been following with courier people but not able to contract. We came to know that the parcel is reached to anantapur instead of hindupur. We don't have the first flight phone number of anantapur.

I am not received my post i. E., pan card... So please take an action as earlier as possible... It is very essential now... I consult with first flight courier in tanjore branch... They not responded as much and they said it will next week and next week and next week... So please send my courier as earlier as possible to my address... I applied before 10 months... My name is mohit goutam. I sent 3 consignment from firstflight to myntra to return my product on 05/01/2019. I sent 3 different items. Two of them reached to destination but one of my consignment lost. Ans i am not getting any information about my consignment.
My consignment no. Is j991m8187166.
You can check it online it is still not showing anything about this item.
The cost of my product was rs 573 and courier charges were rs 127. I want a satisfactory reply from their side and refund my money.
Kindly reply as soon as possible and refund my money back.

Kindly note that i have not received my courier from first flight. Courier boy called over a mobile., but my mobile number not reached at that time. I am calling my local first flight courier office. They said ' parcel send back to the sender'. My consignment number - c991q5519710.
