Our PAN CARD has been given to you on Sept 18th and as of date it has not delivered to us. Since past 10 days we are daily following up but: 1) Your customer service dept does not give us the correct status 2) Your phone numbers go unanswered for hours together 3) We are told to call Ahmedabad then Mumbai offices We are fed up with your most unprofessional business practices and considering it is such an important document you are handling we are shocked at your most callous and negligent behaviour. If I do not receive a call from your office in next 24 hours, I will be compelled to file a suit against you.
