[Resolved] First Flight Couriers — Due to irresponsibility i didn't get my PAN Card | |||
I have requested for my pan card on 2nd January 2014. The income tax office released my package on 11th January. From the courier service they called me 18th January ( Saturday ) evening 4:30 pm to inform it, but I can't attend the call due to hospital case. So after 1hr i contacted them back. Then they informed i have a package in there. The staffs all gone at that time so they committed me the package will be deliver to me on 20th Monday. Monday morning i contacted to them, to inform deliver my package. They told me the package given to the deliver boy and they will give me. So i waited to get my package and not received it. Next day i gone to the courier office and inform about it, they ask me to collect the courier parcel number so they can find it easily. So i collected the parcel number and given to them. Then they told me the parcel is returned to the Head office on Monday, so they can't do any thing. I didn't get my pan card up to this day( 12/02/2014). The pan card get within 25days but due to there irresponsible i am waiting for my pan card for 1 month. So my business is pending due to first flight courier service. What should i have to do?
