First Flight Couriers — non-delivery of couriered pan card by first flight courier agency | |
Income Tax department couriers PAN CARD to the applicants through the First Flight Courier agency. The agency has its office at Comba, Margao, Goa. However, it does not deliver the cards to the address of the PAN CARD Applicants. Instead it forwards message as under to collect the pan cards. The message forwarded by the courier agency is pasted below for your information. You are requested to take stern action against such erring agency which is indirectly maligning income tax department for its own deficiency in service. It's message is pasted below: "Dear Customer, CN:M991Q6378633 is pending for delivery. Contact:Regency Plaza Shop No F-10 1st Floor Behind Police Station.
