First Flight Couriers — pan card not delivered in time | |||||
My son's pan card was despatched by nsdl through first flight couriers vide awb no. B903q7304977 on 30th june 2017 as per the e-mail received from [protected]@nsdl.co.in. On tracking the consignment on the track consignment link given in the website of first flight couriers, it was shown as "delivered" on 13th july 2017 although we had not received the pan card till 18th july 2017. Repeated attempts to contact the courier service company, bhilai branch on phone no. Available from google search (Phone number [protected]) did not get any response. So, my son had to personally go to the office of first flight couriers in power house bhilai to collect the package containing his pan card on 19th july 2017. How can a courier service show the status of a package as "delivered" on its website when clearly it has not been delivered. The package contained an important document, a pan card and it could have been easily misplaced and misused. The staff at the office of first flight couriers were not even apologetic about the delay. First flight couriers has been highly irresponsible and incompetent and must be taken to consumer court and held accountable. Was this information helpful? | |||||
