[Resolved]  First Flight Couriers — Pratapgarh courier office

i have purchase some goods through online shopping company YEPME courier booked by YEPME on dated 1 April on Delhi office & arrived at Pratapgarh Branch on dated 3-April but Parcel not delivered with below mentioned comment Pending- Party refused to accept. But the truth is that this parcel is not delivered through Branch office & Not informed me in my own number no body can refuse this Parcel its total false comment mentioned in online tracking comment column. so i want to request you kindly take disciplinary action against branch &ensure my parcel delivery.
