My daughter divya rawat was an employee of icici one source now it is first source solutions ltd. From 2005 february to january 21st 2008. She passed away on january 8th 2018. I want to know about pf details and pension. Employee id:204487. Date of birth 12/05/1978. Pfno: mh/ban/46430/7477. I am divya's widowed mother sent email to the hr but not co - operating. FirstSource Solutions customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jun 05, 2019 Updated by ultimate springtrap I received a mail from first source telling OF form is already submitted by Divya Rawat on 23rd may 2008. Details are with PF office Bandra and contact office as it is not rejected. Please help me to process the claim.
