We had dismantled our Propel cxi83 when we got transferred from Chennai to Kochi
We have been trying to get it reassembled since March 25 th
Though Mr Sudarshan had guven a few numbers
The technician doesnt pick the phone or gives an excuse
I think buying this cross trainer was a biggest mistake as the company is not interested in reinstalling

    I'm writing to formally bring to your attention a matter of significant concern regarding the unethical misbehavior by the Manager, Mrs. Luci, at the Pink gym located in T. Nagar. I insist on taking strict action against her.

    One of our friends has rented a locker in the gym and we randomly use that locker to store our gym stuff such as sneakers and other fitness equipment. Yesterday ( March 1st) we suddenly found out our stuff was missing from the locker. When we inquired, we came to know that the gym management had removed our stuff from the locker, because multiple items were not allowed to be in one locker. Manager Mrs. Luci created a big commotion inside the gym, stating that multiple people are not allowed to share one locker and multiple items of the same category ( multiple shoes, multiple dumbbells etc) were not allowed in one locker.

    We, the customers, had never been notified of anything of that sort. There Are very concerning four points.
    1. The management absolutely had no rights to open a rented locker and remove stuff without the rentee's permission.

    2. There was no notice saying that multiple people can't use the same locker or multiple things of the same category can't be kept in the same locker ( we're not using our friend's locker regularly, it's just a random thing)

    3. They've taken out our expensive shoes and other equipment and thrown them somewhere outside, would the company take full responsibility if the goods were stolen?

    4. Mrs. Luci has demonstrated a very disrespectful, impolite character, continuously shouting and using abusive language. She didn't even give us any contact details of any higher management personnel.

    I'd like to request you to draw your careful attention towards this issue,

    Now they are not allowing us to rent one locker saying that headoffice has told them not to give us a locker anymore.

    We have also formally complaint about this incident to National Commission of Police.

      My Name is "Suresh Babuji R" . I have been going to fitnessone gym at Pattabiram for 6 months now and I am disappointed with the behavior of the trainers, especially "RAJESH". I found them to be rude and unprofessional in their interactions with me. Additionally, I don't believe they were capable of providing the level of training that I was looking for. As a paying customer, I expect to receive quality service and respect from a consumer pov. I hope that you will take my feedback into consideration and address these issues moving forward.

          Address: Annanagar west extension

          The Annanagar west branch is closed for renovations for 2 months without any notice. I applied for a one year membership in the month of march and I wasn't told any of this until 2 days before they closed the place. That too I heard about it when the trainer casually mentioned it. I applied for a 1 year membership only cause I will be shifting my location after that. So adding 2 months extra to my membership is not going to help me. I want a refund for the 2 months. When I tried to get in touch with the Management for that branch, she was extremely rude and said some foul stuff. When I asked Kavitha for an alternate contact or anyone from the higher ups from the fitness one franchise, she said she "WON'T" provide me with the number

            I got a one year membership at Pink fitness, Korattur branch and now I got admission at Agra to pursue my higher studies and when I demand a refund since it's been only a month I took the membership, they aren't approving it.

              I had paid money to them to join a fitness programme, immediately in a few hours time I told them that I don’t intend to join the prog due to personal reasons. It was within a matter of few hours. Still they haven’t responded or returned my money. Now they write next to my complaint online that it is resolved. Liars.

                Dear Sir/Madam,

                This is Srividya W/o Athmaram residing at Nanganallur, Chennai. I joined Pink Fitness Centre (Tulasi Fitness) on 20th November 2021. On the joining date we met the front office admin Miss Ramya and she explained the joining formalities to us.

                Miss Ramya told us that the three months package rate is 12, 999/-, however they are providing an offer during that time where the all inclusive price is 9, 999/- for a three months package. Further Ramya informed us to make payment of Rs. 5, 500 as 1st installment and the balance payment of Rs. 4, 499/- can be paid at the end of the first month. We agreed to that and paid Rs. 5, 500 vide gpay (payment screenshot attached)

                During the conversation Miss Ramya has confirmed that the three months package will include the below listed services.

                Gym equipment access daily – 1 Hour (except Sunday)
                Zumba classes weekly twice
                Steaming monthly twice
                Diet chart

                At the end of the first month Ramya informed us that on the 9, 999/- package Zumba classes will not be included hence she demanded us to pay Rs. 7, 499/- if Zumba is also required o[censored]s.

                Myself and my husband took ramya on a concall to understand why she is demanding higher money for our package, she said that it was their marketing strategy to cheat the customer by committing them for an offer package and by end of the 1st month make them pay 12, 999/-. (Note: I have reordered audio call with Ramya where she agreed that it was their marketing strategy.)

                We were shocked by her way of talking and then the next morning we visited the gym and asked their staff to contact their manager/owner. Then after 30 minutes of waiting, Anitha (Owner of the gym) approached us through a call made in their staff mobile.

                We informed Anthia about ramya’s behavior and how she had cheated us. Then Anitha told us the below package details
                1). 9, 999/- package should be paid at once and
                2). Zumba will not be provided for this package

                This package details what Anitha said was completely varying with what Ramya already committed to us, we also told Anitha that we were provided with Zumba classes in the first month.

                Then Anitha agreed that it was the mistake of her staff Ramya. We asked Anitha that Ramya said it was a marketing strategy and also told that she doesn’t care about what happened to us, but there was no response from Anitha about her staff behavior.

                Anitha said she cannot compensate for the mistake of her staff in any means and also denied even showing my signed application form. She also told me not to continue with her gym anymore.

                I was deeply hurt by the acts of Ramya and Anitha and their irresponsible behavior even after knowing my medical history.

                I bring this to your notice to take immediate action and we need to be compensated accordingly.

                  I have taken Personal pt along with gym monthly 7500Rs package. I wasn't able to attend even one session due to genuine personal reasons. I wasn't provided any refund. I'm not going to leave this issue. I'll take this to any extent to get justice for this issue. I want refund at any cost. There is always a place for genuine reasons though you have your own corporate policies.

                      Hello. So me and my friend have joined Pink in Coimbatore to do training and we chose 3 + 3 package. But after a few days o[censored]s joining, the lockdown begun. They did not continue or conduct anything online and now with the third wave upcoming, we do not want to continue to go to gym. Honestly, the gym trainers didn’t care much and the nutritionist forces me to consume vegan. She was not ready to listen to our suggestions or likes. They do not personally attend anyone too. Now If we ask for a refund, they are refusing because their policy does not accept that it seems. Please look into this

                        I joined fitness one on mar 24th 2021 for 6 months.they asked me to pay Rs 8000/-. At time of joining they dint tell about the freezing/refund options. I went for 2 weeks, in those 2 weeks they dint provide physiotherapy, which they promised they will do. No BMI was calculated for weight loss. My trainer went on leave for 1 week, they dint cared to provide alternative trainer.
                        Due to covid second wave i wanted to quit gym, so I enquired for refund and now they are calming that refund will not be provided.

                          Hello, I have been a client in fitnessone pattabiram for the past three years. The gym is not like the first year. efx not working and they have
                          only two pairs of weight plates is not enough for all clients and only one incline beach everyone is waiting for the bench we complain about one year before
                          itself . even many times they are not caring about our complaints . and wasting your brand name. and they are saying some silly reasons like lack of clients over the past 3 years. We need extra incline bench and machine equipment, weight plates, manual squat machine stand, and mainly proper weight rods the old weights rods removing bolts while lifting weights. but no respond so many client went to other gym bcoz of lacks of equipment and waiting for bench every time
                          now they not taking body assessment for new client and they are not post any client weight loss transformation they giving list of workout in card
                          that all .not tracking the clients they doing workout right or wrong.they are not cleaning the beach everytime we see beach with sweat.(so please take it serious take action about it.)

                            This is to bring into your notice that Fitness one is acclaimed for its best fitness services they provide. But the one located in the Pattabiram branch gave me a bad experience in the maintenance of the equipment and unqualified trainers. Cleanliness is yakky can't even stading inside the gym. I request concerned authority to take proper action to stabilize the condition of the gym to keep their in tact.

                              Hi,
                              This samundeeswari.. Initially i have paid 4k as first installment in april month.
                              2nd installment i have paid in june. So total two payments i did for anual membership not for quarterly or 6 months.
                              I came to gym for 5 months and then u people closed the velachery gym.
                              Now u transferred 2700 to me but as per the calculations i should get nearly 5500.

                              I didn't sign on anything and u didn't mention this rules to me when i was paying annual membership as two installments

                              Consider this as my concern as serious issue

                                The complaint is regarding the fitness one in Pattabiram.
                                1) Air conditioner is not so effective.
                                There is not so much machine which actually helps a body to keep fit
                                2) please upgrade the machines
                                1.inclined manual bench press
                                2. Manual squat rack
                                3. Include more of 5-15 kegs plate (need to wait for it every time as it is Very less)
                                4. Lat pull down machine in cable is needed
                                5. Leg extension machine.
                                I wish you see this and upgrade as soon as possible

                                  Pink gym jayanagar 3rd block, bangalore karnataka, where i paid rs.8000/- through my credit card for six months on november 2016 but joined class from december 15th 2016 which i mentioned to them. I will start coming from that day. They agreed. Then i joined and hardly went to classes for only 15 days. Surprisingly i got conceived and came to know january 2017. Hence i went to gym and informed them that.. I cannot continue since i am pregnant. Such a valid reason which can consider my situation. So requested them to refund my money after deducting one or two month fee. But that incharge lady said that she speaks to her headoffice and let be know. But till now i didn't receive any responses from them. Once my husband went to enquire. They said they will try to hold for another six months. I delivered baby boy thru c section operation on sept 11th 2017. How it is possible for me to go back to gym after operation immediately? I am psu bank officer.. I am still in maternity leave of six months, meanwhile i was transferred to krishnagiri tamilnadu. Tell me how to utilize or get back my money from them??

                                    Am a member of fitnessone annanagar,
                                    Steambath machine is not working from november 5th 2017 till date[protected], it’s been more than 3 whole months i couldnot take steam, i usually take atleast once a week, i have complained many times regarding this and no action has been taken to fix it and no proper response. Do take necessary steps to fix it as soon as possible. Looking forward to continue working out with all the facilities to be provided.
                                    Also the closing tym of the gym is 9. Pm itself, it means i have to warm down n do stretch by 8.40 itself it’s not really convinient, all the gyms in the city works till 10pm. Can improvise these for the members convenience.

                                      The manager is not proper here the salary is not given to the employee properly. The manager cheating the employee in salary by directly. Even he didn't give any confirmation letter and pay slip for any employee who are working here. The manager "arul leo prakash" treat us like a slave. Also the manager not doing the favour options to the clients too.
