pink fitness and weightloss gym. false promise

Pink gym jayanagar 3rd block, bangalore karnataka, where i paid rs.8000/- through my credit card for six months on november 2016 but joined class from december 15th 2016 which i mentioned to them. I will start coming from that day. They agreed. Then i joined and hardly went to classes for only 15 days. Surprisingly i got conceived and came to know january 2017. Hence i went to gym and informed them that.. I cannot continue since i am pregnant....

Pink valasaravakkam branch has become worst since past 2 years with no proper trainer no dietician and worst service ever. I’m a member of pink valasaravakkam for about 6 years and for the past 2 years i’m feeling very bad about the gym... Gym package rates keep increasing month by month with no proper communication. There is just 1 personal trainer and 1 dietician (Who is pregnant and will quit in no time)... No ventilation too.. They don’t even on the generator when there is a power cut... Trainers and dietician are very much interested with the members who opt for personal training... They don’t give a dam importance to the annual members... I’m very much desappointed with the franchises of valasaravakkam... Was very much satisfied when the gym was under fitness one... It is clear from the conversation of the trainer and the owner that their only need is money and they don’t care for the clients... I would request the corporate office to reply me on the issue shortly otherwise i would be taking the issue on the social media/ google reviews.

    I ordered for a pack of three denim shirts all of different colour but i received non-denim same coloured shirt. This is fraud and i want to return my product. It is of very cheap quality. I want my money back. This is very bad. U people take money and give wrong items. U were supposed to deliver 3 different denim shirts and what you people gave was nothing compared to the description you gave. It is highly unregarded. Give my money back and take back your # shipment

      Iv migrated to tnagar to annanagar west so that I needed a gym membership transfer but got a reply that there's no such option. All the gyms iv been to got this facility, and it's very essential for people who migrate to different place, this if a basic need of any member to transfer their membershio to other branch n it's not available in fitnessone, disappointed and need this facility.

        The pink gym lacks basic amenities which were promised like ac proper music n glasses for water.For the last 6 months ac is not working.Working out in closed room with no ac is killing.We have paid for the year n can't get out.No amount of talking to them is helping. The equipment is not cleaned after use by clients.There are no disposable glasses.So basically we have no ac music or proper glasses to drink water. We r hoping for some help from this forum.

          Not given proper training lady trainer always asked for personaltrainer package( this is extra payment)especially Ambattur fitness one very bad service Shankari &Bavani they are very cunning.

          Tondiarpet branch is one of the worst Fitness One with very poor equipment maintenance and irresponsible trainers who doesn't know how to behave with clients. Also irresponsible owner who doesn't take any action after giving complaint also. Overall one of the worst branch.

            I joined fitnessone at salem last year.They charges Rs.16, 000/ per person per year and it is the most expensive Gym in Salem, Tamil Nadu, but the quality and service is WORST in salem. The trainers are not real trainers but they are only SALES people. The trainer will teach only for first few days and that also mostly wrongly or half teaching only. There are many Gyms in Salem which are much cheaper and also better. So, I suggest people of salem not to lose their hard earned money by joining there.

              I went to Preeti Slim Fitness Centre at Dattadham Bldg, Near Datta Mandir, Dhahanukar Wadi, Mahavir Nagar, Kandivali (W), and Mumbai on 3rd June 2009. Due to the aggressive advertising strategy of Preeti Slim in my locality and even in the leading News Paper like Mid Day, Times of India and Hindustan Times, I became very much desperate to join the sliming centre for reducing my weight faster.

              On 3rd of June 2009, Asst Manager of the centre took my BMI and offered me 20Kg reduction plan with the one time cost of 25000/- & treatment would be given until I lose this weight. I was also told that I would get all assistance from Dietician & other panel members in achieving this & I may have to come 2-3 times a week for 90 minutes.

              Due to the monetary constraint I opted for 10Kg reduction plan & paid Rs 12500/- upfront on the same day vide ICICI debit card. That day only one treatment of vibrator for 20min was given. My measurement was then taken on that day & I could not meet a dietician on that day. My next session was fixed on 8th June 2009 at 7.30 & I got a treatment in two sessions with vibrator and Heat Therapy. My weight was taken before the treatment & after the treatment. That Time Ms Gouri, Dietician gave me one form & told me that I have to meet Psychiatrist, Physician & then my video shooting will be done for recording the figure appearance. Then I was told that I have to come empty stomach or with very light meal in the afternoon without any food at least 2 hour before the session. Ms Gouri, Dietician, did mention that I have to follow a diet which will be given to me in the next round of session & then I have to maintain my weight subsequently. I was not aware still that if I do not able to maintain the weight which was taken after the last session then I would be deprived from taking the treatment next time. I would have to go home without session. I learned this fact when I had visited on 3rd time on 11th June 2009. After the session when I came to know about policy of Preeti Slim to get rid of Obese People after taking out their money by not allowing them for the treatment if they do not maintain the previous weight.

              All the rules & regulations of Preeti Slim are still not known to me. After learning this fact I immediately decided there & there that I expressed that since I was not knowing all the rules & regulation which are basically made to cheat the people & never been told to the consumer before taking admission to the centre, I want to discontinue and I requested the Asst Manager Ms Rupali to refund of balance amount after reducing the legitimate changes of the 2 sessions. I was told that time that I would be intimated about the same on 12th June. After calling of 2-3 times Ms Rupali, Asst Manager spoke to me & then the Sr Manager Ms Khan spoke to me & told me that no amount would be refunded and I have to follow the rules & regulation.

              My question is still unanswered by them that why these rules & regulations have not been told to me at time of full payment of Rs 12, 500/- and why Preeti Slim refrain the consumer from taking treatment if he/she does not maintain the weight taken in the previous session. Such type of trade practice is not in the interest of the consumers & infringed the rights of consumer. I am still ready to fight for money and urge to all the regulators to stop this practice of Preeti Slim Clinic immediately and help me in getting the refund of legitimate amount as I have a fear that many people have lost their money & fooled by Preeti Slim.

              Dear Madam,

              My name is Nathan (card # 906). I had enrolled myself for a weight management programme at one of your clinics in Koramangala on the 9th of February 2008. I have paid a total sum of Rs.35000/- towards the treatment which was supposed to be for a period of 6 months.

              I had undergone the treatment for roughly one and half months. I was unable to continue the treatment because of my time restrictions. I had expressed my desire to dis-continue the treatment due to my professional constraints. My current job requires me to travel a lot due to which I am not able to spend time in Bangalore. I had called your Koramangala clinic asking them to accept my request. Ms. Shwetha had spoken to me in the month of March 2008 and was supposed to call me back but till date no one has reverted to me.

              It is now nearly 6 months since I last spoke to anyone from your organisation. This kind of behaviour is not appreciated under any circumstances and that too from a reputed firm like yours. Your organisation's annual turnover is stated to be Rs.80 crores which is excellent progress but I certainly hope that it is not through presumed contributions like mine.



              I request you to kindly refund my money at the earliest after deducting the charges for the period that I utilised your services.

              I agree with the lady Pretti Slim is fooling people...Dr naik is an incompetent guy who has fleeced monies from several guillible people and the consumer forum should take action against such ill-practicing clinics...
              I totally disagreesince even im a member at ban dra branch...
              Infact you should have taken a package session based fool if thats ur problem rather than going for 10kg pkg...
              and for example If children at school dont go wid updated homework then obviously teacher will not go forward wid studies,

              And so you mean to say since u joined for 10 kgs & supposedly u lost 2kgs in 2 weeks & then u eat loads of food n cum wid 5kgs more no slimming centre wil give u session dumb!!!

              I fully agree that prettislim is fooling people. I was in heating room. I got burnt due to excess heat and I called by giving so many bell calls. Nobody attended me... at kandivali centre.They apologised that they do not have sufficient staf[censored]

              I had made a written complaint to them and
              I wrote a letter to refund my money.They said that they will revert in some time. Neither they reverted back nor any kind of refund!!!

              For appointment also you have to try your luck!!! Many of times they do not have staff.. Many times it is full.. No appointments are given due to mis-management.

              Why can not they appointment when we are there at their centre. why we need to call them on phone only????

              I request if somebody can get me refund from this people.

              I am sure it is a misguiding business. As I have paid money and they do not refund I am continuing at kandivali dahanukarwadi centre.
              the sad part about this clinic is they put you on sad diets.. post their treatment you dont gain weight.. your body boosts weight... and you gain like oozes of weight only because of switching back to roti from the taseless soya...

              I totally disagree with the above.

              Even i am a client of Pretislim from July 2011 and i m pretty satisfied with the staff and the management i get appointments regularly by calling them up and i have never faced any problems with them. My dietician Yasmin is awesome even if i gain weight she tries and gives me a good diet to loss weight and i have lost 7 kgs in 5 months and even i eat out more than 4-5 times in a month and even i gain weight but the kandivali staff is not bad at all they try to arrange something for me.

              If anybody has paid money go and take the sessions and reduce your weight.

              Pretti Slim is a big cheat. I went there for weight loss and the marketing lady, Beena (in Bandra) fooled me into joining for skin treatment. When my skin got worse and the weight did not reduce, I asked them for a refund which of course they refused. I felt miserable and conned. They are very strong in marketing and fooling people. My advice, dont go to them. U will lose your money, not your weight! They tell u to drink water before the session and they make u pee after the session. Obviously that is water out of your system. Then they say thats weight loss!. Dont get fooled!
              Hi. I was a member at preetislim bandra last year. I lost around 12 kgs in a span of 3-4 months. Let me tell you all, that i have a weight problem since childhood.I am hypothyroid & PCOD patient. I have tried many fitness centers, techniques, pills, doctors etc. I know, there is no magic bullet in this world, to make you lose weight. Any professional center can give you right guidance & support. A lot depend on us. I would not deny, prettislim for its due credit. They have a good team of professionals like doctors, dieticians, psychologists etc, to provide right support and to guide. Machine treatment are also under physiotherapists. they guide you, but you are also expected to follow some dietary changes, eat multivitamins regularly, be active physically.

              If you think, that you pay money at any place and you will become slim, then it is a false belief. I got success, by keeping my motivation high. I kept a goal for myself and did not stopped before it. Believe me, if you decide to become slim, no body can stop you. Be positive & get slim. and also do not forget, to maintain, what you have lost.
              i completely agree about the fact that Preeti Slim are fooling and also cheating clients BIG TIME. Firstly the dietitians are all incompetent. From the time i have joined i must have had 4 dietitians and all of them seemed to taking non sense.

              This is for all people who buy into the illusion which clinics like prettislim sell to people who are want to believe that these clinics are there to help them. PLEASE NOTE THESE PEOPLE ARE HERE TO MAKE MONEY OFF YOU AND ME.


              I too paid 33, 000 for 8 sessions o[censored]lippo at prettislim. After the payment was taken by Harshida in her cabin, the dietitan after making me wait for 25 minutes took me to her cabin under the pretex of giving me a diet took my signature on a piece of paper that mentioned that I would not be refunded any money under any circumstances. Yes she gave me prints of recipes and list of foods I must stick to. At that point i was salivating for the loss of cms committed to me, so I signed without a thought. I was promised verbally that the first session would result in a loss of anywhere between 8 to 10 cms. When my first session resulted in a loss of just 6 cms I was enlightened by the staff that while they call it spot reduction, the loss will be counted as per the total of the measurement taken from 3 different areas. So evidently there is no visible loss, and i was informed that I should have maintained this loss when I come in next!!!

              When I confronted Harshida about this she said she will get back about why I did not get the loss committed. When I told her that since I did not get what was promised i want my money back she put me through another person. This person tells me I will NOT get any refund under any circumstances since I had signed to that effect. When I asked for a higher up she tells me she is the higher up. Who owns prettislim? no answer. She gives me a generic email id at which I can write but no name. In fact even on their website there is no mention of the owner/s. How professional!!!

              I have nobody to blame but myself for falling into their lies and the illusions they build with their advertisements and talks (most of it cleverly worded lies). If people have gotten results at prettislim, why do they need to cheat people with a nonrefundable policy.

              It is fair to say that when one puts in his/her own effort one will get the results. But that was not the deal when I paid them the money. I was told that the machine will result in a certain amount of loss of fat to start with and I found out the ugly side of the story later.

              Of course they will continue to sell the way they are, but all my fat brothern who are looking for a quick fix. There are other financially expensive ways, try those but don't add the woe of being cheated to your woes of fat...

              Here is the irony they have a psychologist on board to help you rid the stress, it doesn't matter if they are the ones causing it.

              AVOID Prettislim
              The mechanism of loosing weight through these slimming centers itself is not correct. I had joined pretty slim in Oct 2009. and lost about 9 kgs ova 6 months with lot of pain as the increased weight after session was cut down by my dietician using detox diet. In those six months life was full of detox and detox and detox... and later when it came to maintaing weight without pretty slim... it was just so impossible to maintain it without following detox atleast twice a week.. and diet without inclusion of rice or not more than 5 chapatis a day... and dis resulted in excessive weight gain after leaving pretty slim... slimming centers are definately not an option to loose weight..
              yeah and it is [censored] impossible to maintain 200-300 grams u loose after every session as that iz just temporary loss which happens as u sweat a lot after heat session... n next session if there iz gain in weight den hell yah "DETOX"
              All those talking positive about this Fool Making Center are either employees or fake IDs - I undertook 8 sessions of laser treatment for my chin hair as the consultant at your Kandivali center Ms. Neha was very convincing. To the point that she told me she herself had done it and asked me to touch her skin to see the results. Even after completing all my sessions and following the procedure on medication, my growth has now infact got worst then before. On informing the consultant (neha was not available) she told me she will speak to her Mgr on the same. But reverted by saying I need to take additional 6-8 sessions. the team is extremely incompetent and undertrained.

              My name is rajul shah. I have joined prettyslim kandiwali for u lipo treatment. Amazing result. I lost 42 cm from my tummy in just 8 sessions. u lipo has worked wonders on me. i did gym, yoga, walks everything to get my pre pregnancy figure. Doctors are good in their work. i want to thank my dietitian chandni for her continous support and guidance. Dr doshi also diagnosed my hypothyroid and treated the same.

              I started using pedometer after prettislim recommended me. Now i know how active i am through out the day. i also check my wt every week in personal scale. it helps in maintaining wt.

              thanks to prettislim. It is slightly expensive than other slimming centers but it is worth it. i recommend it to my friends.
              Hi i have also joined priti slim n at the time of joining they didnt tell me abt the maintainence of weight which they should say n explain. i took a package of 10kgs weight loss n 10 tummy tuck sessions in 17000. i got a session on the first day n after that when ever i came they checked my weight n send me for a tuck i took 5 tucks n then asked them y am i not getting a session they said ur weight isnt maintained n when i asked what is it the said after every session if i loss 100gms also then when i come back it should be the same. i said if i can lose n maintain weight then what have i come here for now its 10 mnts i go there n come back no session is given. i was so motivated in lossing weight now i feel sick n tiered. THEY ARE BIG TIME CHEATERS. PLS DNT WASTE UR MONEY BEHIND THIS... PPPPLLLLLSSSSSSS
              hi mrs mukherjee an existing client in kandivali branch was shock to see to cctv cameras in the centre which is highly not acceptable..in the counselling the counsellor saw my tummy area..is this a slimming centre or they make people fool by installing cameras at every corners.this issue would be taken to the media...cheaters..bogus prettislim...

              I have tried other slimmimg clinics and faced similar problems.They do not brief before we pay the money. After paying the money i realised that i would have to maintain the weight lost in the previous session, which i could not maintain. I did some quick thinking and immediately shifted to u-lipo and adjusted the fees. u-lipo is really good with good results and no tension of maintaining weight! But ofcourse one has to be careful with their diet.
              I am also the victim of Pretti Slim, those who want their unused sessions money back can contact me on [protected], we can all together visit their center and demand for refund.
              For all who are looking for refunds...

              Pathetic clinic, worst staff & bad managers. No results in fact zero results & total waste of time & money as well. just showing all the buying products, expensive one & in spite of buying no results, & keep you on crash diets. i ll just recommend not to even think of pretti slim for weight loss.. just know to fool people around. U - Lipo doesn't work. keep u on a so called 3 day diet where in u ve to just stop eating everything & at the end it doesn't work. regains back. why this so called brand is there i really wonder ??
              Prettislim U lipo worked for me. I signed up for 8 treatments o[censored] lipo tummy tuck and side tuck. In 2 months, i felt lot of difference in my tummy. Even a physician is available for medical consultation in prettislim, apart from dietitians & physiotherapists. Apart from reduction in my tummy circumference, my cholesterol has also come down.               I had a good experience with U lipo at Prettislim. My doctor aparna was very good in her treatment. She focussed on my problem areas. Also my dietitian neena was a good counselor. She guided and motivated me well. I also followed their suggestions. I got very good results in tummy and thighs. I think arms results could have been better. But i know arm fat takes more time. My doctor has suggested me to renew for Arms, as this fat is more stubborn. Thanks Prettislim.

              I WAS PLANNING TO VISIT AND GET ENROLLED FOR TREATMENT BUT AFTER READING THIS COMPLAINT I FEEL THGAT COMPANY DOSENT BELEIVE IN TRANSPERANCY AND ETHICAL BUSSINESS.IF THE COMPANY IS SO CONFIDENT OF THEIR TREATMENT THEN THEY HAVE TO DISPLAY THEIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS CLEARLY AND ALSOI COLLECT 50 PERCENT OF THEIR PAYMENT AFTER TEREATMENT. IS OVER OR GO FOR MONEY BACK POLICY SO THAT THE CUSTOMERS FEEL COMFORTABLE.
              I have visited Prettislim clinic but doesn't found any kind of these behaviour rather the treatment they provide was really best treatment and that to without any side-effects. The service is awesum. The U-Lipo treatment which I opted for is really effective. I am very satisfied with them.
              Prettislim Clinic are uses advanced technology for weight loss treatments and they safe for human body & very much effective. The doctors at Prettislim Clinic are highly qualified, the dietitians suggest best diet. It is one of the best slimming centre, I took my weight loss treatment & very much satisfied with Prettislim Clinic.

                I had registered for a summer quat offer in fitness one koramangala, on 24.4.07 which was to start on 26.4.07. Due to unavoidable circumstances, I had to cancel my fitness prog. I immediately called n told the office[within a few hours aft paying] that I will not be able to join the prog on 26.4.07, so, i requested them to return my money. Till now I am waiting and tried all ways [only polite ways] possible to get my money back. I had paid Rs.7999. I want help to get my money back. I have not availed any of their services what so ever.They have to be taught a lesson .

                  Dear Sir/Madam,
                  I used to take my son for the Shamak Davar dance classes everyday in fitness one, Koramangala, Bangalore-34 . As I was there, I thought of joining the fitness prog. and Mr Kiran offered me the quarter summer offer for Rs 7999.[24-4-07] As, I came home, I had to change my idea due to some unavoidable circumstances. So, immediately, I called up fitness one ie. Mr Kiran and told him that I will not be able to attend my fitness prog. and to return my money I paid in the evening.I was asked to call in the morning. When I called next morning, I was told that money will not be returned, instead he will look for someone who will take up this fitness prog. and once someone takes it up, my money will be returned to me. I belived and waited for a long long time. Every time he told me that he has not found anyone for this exact prog. that I had paid for.Then, I even went and met the lady manager for this purpose and she was not polite and patient enough to understand my problem.
                  Now, my problem is 1. Why can't they return my money when I have not availed their services even for
                  a single day.
                  2. I have immediately told them in a few hours time after the payment that I will not
                  be able to attend the prog and so request to return my money.
                  3. Inspite of my immediate request to cancel my bill and my patience in believing
                  them and waiting for a replacement to pay my money back, nothing is solved .
                  4. The lady manager was not at all courteous in her behaviour. She was just blunt
                  and said nothing can be done once money is paid, it can't be returned.
                  5. It is my hard earned money. I want it back.
                  6. I don't recommend fitness one to any body for their unfriendly and greedy
                  behaviour. Even, a poor man will not take money when it justly does not belong
                  to him.
                  I am writing this complaint with all hopes that I will get my money back and Fitness one, Koramangala
                  No.24, 80 ft. road, S T bed road[near Samsung showroom] b'lore - 34. will be booked for this mistake.
                  How can they treat customers like this. They had all the time till I paid for their prog. and now they have nothing to respond.I have complained and requested for my money thro their website. I did't get any response from them. Please help me.
