I have purchased one cockatoo motorized tread mill:

Issue: hood cover (Motor cover) broken and end cap broken, meter display is not visible not working.
I have mailed all the information along with photograph, called several times, no response. This is a long pending issue since the month of jan-16. No hearing, no response, no resolution, nothing. I am really disappointed, disgusting
