Fitness World — Ordered home gym products but not even received invoice

I made a purchase of home gym 48 kg set today and made the payment via gpay. However, after payment when I checked the order history I could not find any order placed details but money is already transferred to them. I tried to contact them via phone number provided in their website. They picked call and told me to sent to WhatsApp the transaction details to them via WhatsApp. But no response received and not able to contact them via phone number provided in website. I believe that they are fake. I now have only my transaction details.
