I have purchased one Thread Mill BSA WORKOUTS. Model No. T-330, with Bill No. 1742 dt.[protected].
I noticed that the Thread Mill developed once problem since it did not work properly. I registered a complaint through phone during 2019.
One Technician by name Mr. Rajesh whose Mobile No.is [protected] inspected the Tread Mill during August 2019. He dismantled the Thread Mill completely and said that there was some Technical problem.
He advised me to pay Rs2500/- (Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred only) for online registration in favour of your company. Accordingly I credited an amount of Rs2500/- (Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred only) for online in favour of your company in August 2019.
Since then I contacted your Technician Mr. Rajesh several times but there is no positive response from him till now. Already one and half year passed since my complaint was registered but my Thread mill has not yet been rectified so far.
The dismantled Thread Mill is occupying lot of space in my house. I am put to lot of hardship by such irresponsible behavior and negligent attitude of your Technician.
I request you to direct the concerned staff and get my Thread Mill attended at the earliest and hope that will not be made to suffer any further.
