I am a senior citizen aged 70yeras i made a deposit in Elder Pharmaceuticals limited through Integrated Enterprses ltd chennai in 2012 the details are as under
Deposit no 67498
amount rs 40000
date of deposit 11/01/2012
Maturity date 11/01/2015
Requested the company to refund the deposit on maturity
But till date not refunded Sent many e-mails only formal reply received. If Sebi take steps to delist the company from Bse/Nse terminals till refund if deposit to all
investors people like me will be thankful to SEBI at this age we can not take any legal action Kindly help me as well as many poor investors like me At the time of investment it was AAA LISTED COMPANY. THANKING YOU E.K.ATHMARAMAN
