Fixed Deposit — Non refund of FD

Dear sirs, i am padmavathy rajagopalan. The fd no. 11815 for rs. 50000 (Rupees fifty thousand only), matured on 2nd november, 2016. I applied for refund. Till date no reponse. Recently, my daughter got married on 2nd april 2017 and i was forced to borrow money with higher interest.
