Flaberry.com — no refund initiated after non-delivery of product | |
I placed an order (#[protected] on may 5, 2019 via flaberry.com for a bouquet of flowers and some chocolates to be delivered to a location in vyara, gujarat. I had also paid extra for fixed-time delivery. The order wasn't fulfilled that day and after one day, i got a false confirmation on e-mail that my product has been delivered but in reality, the product was not delivered at all. Upon enquiry, they told that the delivery was unsuccessful. I demanded a refund to my paypal account which was originally used for payment. Since then, it's been nearly 2 weeks and the refund hasn't been even initiated. When i ask the customer care over online chat, i am told the exact same thing every day that my refund will be processed within 24 hours. I believe that the online chat is handled by a bot and they are playing around with my time and money for nearly 2 weeks. I request a refund to my paypal account as soon as possible with any possible compensation for the time wasted on my part speaking to their useless customer care team.
