Flaberry.com — Product not delivered, money not credited and company non-responsive | |||
I ordered flowers with Flaberry.com for delivery order number [protected] for Rs. 1499/-. On the day of delivery dated 29/07/2020 they emailed saying that they will not be able to deliver the flowers because of "Flowers shipment is not available". In response I had asked for a full refund in the original method of payment i.e bank account. After this request they have stopped replying to any of my emails/online support chat even after multiple request. The company doesn't have a phone listed anywhere for engaging with customers directly and their online chat has completely been non-responsive. On further enquiry I have that many other customers have been defrauded by this company in similar manner and this their usual method of scamming innocent customers. Also evident for 196 similar complains registered on this forum. They have used the following emails to communicate: [protected]@flaberry.freshdesk.com, [protected]@flaberry.com [protected]@flaberry.com The website is https://www.flaberry.com/ and Razorpay was the facilitator for payment as payment gateway.
