Flaberry.com — the worst company service ever | |||||
I have ordered tenderness flowers with archies greeting card and my order number is[protected] for 1st oct 2017. The company have called me and said that we cannot do the delivery today because of time constrain and will be delivered with a complimentary gift tomorrow morning between 8- 10 am which was still alright for me. Today morning when i havent received the order the person from customer care (Avinash) said we will proceed with the delivery of yesterday's time slot (4-8pm) with extra charges of inr 200. He also told me we are following company's rules and regulations. When i asked him to connect me to the manager he said he cannot and following company's process. Is this the way to handle a customer and if you are following rules and regulations of the company i think you should have not charged me extra and delivered on time. I have cancelled the order and asked for a refund but still i havent received a single mail in regards to refund or cancellation. I aint going to be quite till i dont get back my refund of inr 520. I will take this to the consumer forum. I have seen lot of complaints about this company and i think it is a fraud company. Everything is unprofessional. Was this information helpful? | |||||
