[Resolved]  Flashstar Commerce — delaying the delivery of product

I ordered my product on 3rd October 2019 through flipkart during the flash sale.. And the expected date to ship was 11/Oct/19 and it is suppose to be delivered on 13/10/19..
Why is it taking so long to ship? The company hasn't even packed the order yet.
Today is already 16/10/19 and the order still remains there with the status "the seller is processing your order"..
