Flashstar Commerce — i ordered redmi k20 i didn't get product and refund not getting

I ordered redmi k20 mobile on 28-aug i got message that item will be delivery on 30-aug again 2-sep, after that 4th sep finally item cancelled from shipment. Refund not initiated i am waiting from 15 days. Please help me regarding this i have paid 13500 through my friends credit card.
