Flashstar Commerce — my order has not packed

I have booked an infinix hot 9 pro from flipkart. Flipkart says it will be packed and shipped on june 15 and will be delivered on june 22. But now it is june 18 and my item is not packed yet. This is for the first time that i got a delay. When will the item delivered now in this case. It is a bad experience for me
