Flashstar Commerce — not delivered me my order

Dear team,

I was purchased a mobile flipkart portal 21 march 2020. Due to lockdown my
Order on hold. I'm waiting 2 months but my order not delivered me. 22 may
Out for delivery but not delivered me. Demand extra money due to exchange
Mobile. Delivery boy told me please arrange money i'm coming after 10
Minutes but not come. I was waiting but not come. When i was contacted
Flipkart support agent he told me please wait 6 june i resolve your issue.
I was more times contacted flipkart support agent. 23 midnight 01:08 my
Order cancelled wrong remarks updated.
23 morning showing cancelled my order. I was contacted flipkart support
Agent she told me you not accept your order so i'm not any help you. Order
Cancelled by you.
But dear if i was not need my order. Why i was waiting 2 months ago? More
Times contacted flipkart support agent call and mail but not any response
Told me please create a fresh order. When i was purchased price ₹10999 and
Bank offer 10% but now mobile
Price drop and bank offer not available. So i want same price my order or
Compansation. But flipkart not agree.
I was complain nch but not agree.
Dear sir or madam please help me.
Second time i'm facing this tipe problem on flipkart.
