Flashstar Commerce — not received yet

I have booked an infinix hot 9 pro from flipkart. Flipkart says it will be packed and shipped on june 5 and will be delivered on june 18. But now it is june 18 and my item is not packed yet. This is for the first time that i got a delay. When will the item delivered now in this case. It is a bad experience for me
