Flashstar Commerce — not yet packed product redmi note 7 pro

What is flashstar commerce seller is doing... Its 5 days from now i ordered my product and its not even packed... Its not 1st time this has happened this seller is so useless that it doesn't gives delivery after 10 days even... Flipkart should take some action against such seller...in 5 days other sellers delivere the product and these useless seller doesn't even have packed my product
