Flightxp — Refund trip id[protected]

Refund not initiated by AirIndia for more than 16 months. Inspite of my innumerable complaints, the only reply I get from flightxp is that the airlines has not initiated the refund and would be processed soon.
The process never takes place and what is the role and responsibility of flightxp here?
Why don't they act expediently to get my refund done instead of giving stereo type replies.
