Flightxp — Refund not issued for flight cancellation of Air India through Flightxp

Hello sir i have booked air india flight through flightxp with trip id[protected] on 16 feb 20. And flight was cancelled due to pandamic. Then i requested air india to cancel my tickets and refund my money soon. They told me to call flightxp and get your tickets cancelled from there and then you will get refund. Then from that day to till now i have written a number of mails for refund but till now i have not recieved my full refund amount. They refunded only 2564 rupees for one passanger only. But my total amount was 8889. Please see the details:
