Flightxp — Non Receipt of Refund towards cancellation of Flight Service due to Covid 19

I had booked the flight tickets through Flight XP during Feb 2020 but the flight service got cancelled due to COVID 19 .. I have been requesting Flight XP for the refund but they still have not refunded. They are not even responding to our mails and phone calls. So, request you to look into this and do the needful.
