I have ordered a MOTOROLA G10 POWER phone on 31st aug, I received the phone on 2nd sep, I opened the box on 4th sep night and found out the Display is damaged and many other problems,
On the 5th sep I immediately complained to customer care. He asked me to wait 2 days, after 2 days again I talked to someone, again he asked me to wait.
On 8th sep again I talked to someone she/he asked me to wait till 14th sep, On 14th sep I received a message to wait till 15th sep 11 am, now the status issue is unresolved.
First of all I received a damaged phone, customer care people are putting my call and hold and disconnecting it, I keep on waiting on hold, I am not getting any proper resolution, I have a recording of all the customer care executives.
Anyways I am getting fooled, I got the damaged item and they don't want to return it.
Look into the matter and provide me the solution asap, also I am going to consumer court and its not only about the damaged product and its how the company is fooling customers.

Nearly 10-15 conversations have been done so far over phone call they have promised me twice that issue will be resolved within few hours and this might be happened bcoz of technical glitch, but still I m facing issue Was this information helpful? |
