Flipcart — No refund after successful reverse pick up | |||||
I returned bhane slim fit jeans on 07/10/16. After successful reverse pick up i am not provided with the refund. I have contacted flipcart approximately 20 times. I have contacted them by all means incluging mail, app and telephone. Every time i contact them i am given a date for resolution but no resolution is yet provuded. In thus regarg i would like to further mention that even my request for return was also cancelled twice on flipcart app. I could return the item on my third request that too after contacting their helplne phone. I am getting frustrated as i am forced to put extraordinary time to get my refund that also my all efforts before this date have been unsuccessful This cannot be expected from the service of a reputed company Was this information helpful? | |||||
