Flipcart — poor return policy from flipkart

Sir/madam,
The return policy of flipcart is not as good as expected because i bought two products with order id as od[protected] and od[protected] and got delivered on the repective dates that is 6th nov and 12th nov. But since i had an issue with the size, i opted for a return but till now nobody came for the pick up. Now, it been almost many weeks now and since i cant wear these clothes due to the product issue, what am i suppose to do with it. Thank you soo much for looting us customers this way flipcart.

Thank you for the service provided by flipcart but the product with id od[protected] is still not updated to me as the product with id od[protected] only is refunded back to me.
