[Resolved] Flipcart — rejected my exchange phone without reason, | |||||
I ordered the phone in exchange plan from flipkart, this is my order od[protected], when delivery boy came to me to deliver he rejected my phone, as per terms and condition of their exchange they can not reject my phone, well working. If screen cracked they will reduce the value of my phone, but delivery boy was illiterate, he did not read the t&c of their exchange policy, when i raised the complain to customer care they just td me to send picture of my old phone what j sent but no regulations, even i tried to talk higher authority of that company but waiting almost 1 hour manager did not talk to me, i am sick of all this, please punish these people Was this information helpful? | |||||
