[Resolved] Flipkart — 11 lakh prize money

I got a registered post on 14-aug-2019. There was a letter stating that i have been chosen as lucky winner for 1 lac prize money on the occasion of there money. Along with the letter came a scratch card as per which i would be rewarded additional 10 lac rupees i. E. Total prize money of 11 lac. The requirements were to provide them with the account number, aadhar card number and sms/call on the number to provide the coupon code on scratch card.

The sentence mentioned on the card which made me think twice was "do not contach flipkart customer care".

I believe this is fake/fraud. Could you please look into it and confirm the same?

We would like to let you know that any offers appearing anywhere other than on our website (https://www.flipkart.com), Flipkart Lite/mobile site or app are not from sellers on our portal. Also, in case of any monetary loss due to fraud by such websites, to file a complaint with the cyber cell for support. Further, you can choose to initiate legal action against the spammer/spamming organization too.Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
