[Resolved] Flipkart — 2 precision analog 25cm x 25cm wall clocks | |||
Against my booking - tracking id fmpc[protected], flipkart was not able to deliver the parcel as assured to me, everyday the new courier guy calls and assures with a new date and time and finally the order was cancelled by flipkart. When enquired at the courier pick up point the executive says he has forgotten the parcel in office, and finally after one week of this drama, cancellation message came couldn't deliver after multiple attempts. Reported the same to customer care number, as per them its logistics problems and there are no complaints taken. Looks like flipkart has no control on the logistics and delivery partners. Customer experience from a brand like flipkart is not expected in this level. Was this information helpful? | |||
