[Resolved]  Flipkart — 2 times order cancellation

I had ordered for a asus mobile worth rs. 4999 order number od[protected], at flipkart.com and as the site was showing the item as in stock, i made the payment (Rs. 4999) of the same through my credit card on 18th apr 2019. I received a confirmatory e-mail to this effect saying the product will be delivered at my office address within 2-3 days and also showing in my flipkart order details that your product dispatched. However, on same day in evening, they sent a mail to me cancelling the order by seller by saying that your product is out of order and mentioning that the payment will be reversed in my credit card account. Is it possible that product can be out of stock if they already send product. And the product is very much available and the site is still showing it as in-stock but only at a higher price. After three days i received my money back and that day mobile price was also dropped and i order the same product again on same price on 21.04.2019 and they said it will be delivered on 22.04.2019. I waited till 23.04.2019 but no item delivered then i make complain against my product and they said it will be resolved till 26.04.2019 then i call them every day on 25.04.2019 i searched for courier service and go there, they said no such item received till date at same day evening they cancelled my order again by saying that your product is lost any your money will be refunded till 03.05.2019.

This item was a gift for my wife and she was totally harassed by me because she doesn’t know about flipkart she thinks that i am not wanted to give mobile to her.
