I have ordered Grocery items from Flipkart on 5th Aug and it get delivered on 8th Aug with 6 items missed. Infont of the delivery agent, i have informed some of the items are missed and total count is mismatching. The delivery agent also checked all the items and has taken the pics and said sometimes it will get missed by mistake and asked me to raise a complaint and the money for the missing items will be refunded in 24 to 48 hours.
I have raised complaints 3 times by calling Flipkart Customer Care[protected] and the Seller is rejecting the requests by saying simply "No issue from their side" without knowing the reason. Not understanding why should i have to lie. Please consider my request and requesting to do the needful at earliest.
