[Resolved]  Flipkart — 7500*2 physical flipkart gift vouchers not activated even after 12 days

On 15th october I purchased 2 physical gift vouchers of flipkart worth 7500*2 from the website.I received the delivery on 22 oct but to my surprise when I tried redeeming them on their website...It showed me an error saying Gift cards does not exist. I was so much worried about my 15000 that I straight away called the customer care and they registered a complaint with a resolution time of 26th oct. But the more surprising thing that they conveyed me was that in their systems the gift vouchers are yet to be delivered but in the "My Orders" section of my flipkart id the gift cards showed as delivered and ofcourse I received them also...Time passed and I called them everyday till 26th but on 26th my resolution date got extended to 27th oct now...and then from 27th to 28th to 31st oct to 2 nov to 3rd nov...In the meantime I called them daily and also raised a concern with their twitter support also but to of no avail...Everytime they increased my resolution dates and resolved the previous complaints themselves without providing any solutions...Below is the mention of all the incident ids that they have raised for a single issue of mine just to increase the resolution time...

Can you believe all these incident ids are for single complaint only just for delaying the resolutions...They are the new corporate thiefs exploiting the innocent citizens under the hands of a foreign Player Walmart...They keep interest free money from their customers in this way...

Meanwhile I had also raised a complaint with their Gift card provider Wohoo (seller) but havent got any update from them also in last 4 days...My request id with them is:[protected]

Please help me get my gift cards activated or get a refund from these corporate thiefs
