Hello good evening

I'm Madhu Nallgundla which is going through while to trying to order in Flipkart the phone Apple iPhone 13.im getting an error message "Sorry ABB is not enabled on your account". Which means I'm unable to claim the buyback for my phone which I'm using rite now that is Mi 10 T Pro which I have purchased from flipkart as on dated 31 May 2021 and my buy back is valid till 30 May 2022. Previously I have ordered Apple iPhone 13 by replacing the same phone and due to issues with the wish master my new phone was not delivered for which above is the incident number. I have now googled this error message and found that flipkart is playing with customers money and never resolved this error message of any customers who have raised a complaint. Hereby I'm now going to take this to the consumer court and will make this viral on all the social website that flipkart is playing with custoners money if no body gets back to me on this issue.
