[Resolved] Flipkart — about cancellation of my order, back to back 11 orders cancelled | |||
Dear team, I am flipkart plus member, flipkart seller cancelled my order after dispatch of product by saying limited stock.. If product is shipped and i got tracking number by flipkart then where is limited stock.. This not only first time, my last 11 order cancelled by same reason, really frustrated service.. And flipkart coustmer care does not have any resolution just repeated lines... No resolution... If required i will share my all details like order no and shipping number. Jul 4, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Jun 03, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the order was cancelled without customer consent. We regret to inform that the order has been cancelled by the seller due to unforeseen reasons. Hence, requesting customer to place a fresh order and closing the complaint from our end.
