[Resolved]  Flipkart — About delivery boy and the flipkart customer care services

In orders realme 7 with exchange of my redme note7 pro. My phone was very much eligible as I check every detail become putting it on the exchange.
The delivery boy came and he was in very hurry. He check my phone there was no problem but later he said I want to check by putting it on the floor and he also removed my screen guard and put it on the floor and said it it doesn't blend. I don't even know about that and was not even mentioned on the description.
He was charging 3400 extra for that.
Then he cancelled my order and left.
Later I called a customer care services named shreya. I told her everything and she said I am filling complaints against that delivery boy and some other person will come to deliver your order. You will receive an update regarding this update in an hour. Then after 15-20hr I again called customer care as I didn't got any update. Then that other executive told me there is no complaint and the delivery boy decision is the last decision we can't do any thing on this.
My phone got format and they broke my Tempoured as well. Attached is the guidelines provide my flipkart for which my phone was very much eligible.
