[Resolved] Flipkart — About phone | |||||
Sir / Madam I Ankit tyagi a buyer from online store Flipkart I received my mobile phone from the company on 11-12 sept 2016. That is box pack new phone Lenevo vibe k5 note . From the 3 or 4 day I facing some hanging problems but that time only one or may be two times I ignored that. But right now this is too much hanging problems in my new phone . Means a brand new phone will not survive atleast one month properly. i paid 12000 rs to flipkart for this phone . and now they are saying to me go to brand service center . I want to give back this phone means I don't want this phone. If company provide me this take back service then it's OK. Otherwise I will go to consumer court for justice. I purchased this phone from flipkart not from lenevo . I also talked to company executive but they are not able to solve this problem. I seriously unhappy first time ever with flipkart . Verified Support Oct 12, 2016 Flipkart Customer Care's response As per update customer came post return policy hence we cant approve return customer must visit authorize service center for free warranty.
