Flipkart — About the delivery and insult from flipkart delivery team | |||||
I had exchanged a product with flipkart when i bought a new phone"lenova vibe k5 note" dated on 08/08/2016. The phone meant for exchange was checked and taken by the delivery boy and accepted from flipkart side by the delivery boy without any complaint. And i also received the new product from him in return. It was signed and i started using my new phone. Then after some time i got a call from flipkart delivery executive and informed me that there were some issues in the phone given back for exchange, he claims that the display is broken and he cannot take the phone and i have to return the product which was delivered. And asked me to give the product i bought. I informed him that the product had no issue when i had returned the product back to him and i cannot accept for the mistake that might be from his hand in handling it. He threatens me and calls me all bad words about my mother and family and about myself. It was such a pathetic situation i had to go through eventough there is no mistake or problem from my end. He has mentally and morally disturbed me and insulted me over. Was this information helpful? | |||||
