[Resolved]  Flipkart — about the return policy of my lg v30

I bought a lg v30. Od:[protected]. This type o[censored]nprofessional from flipkart has really left a bad impression of the return service. Why would want to replace a product if nothing is wrong with the product? I am not satisfied with the product and i want it replaced. What does flipkart mean by their customer first policy? First i sent the pictures of the display defect to flipkart, showed the technician but i sense i kind of reluctancy that you guys don't want to change the product. Why would you send a technician who even after explaining and showing the defect would suggest going to the service center? I suppose flipkart provides a 10 replacement policy?
Anyways i contacted lg service center from their customer care and they verified their is a defect!

And now the a flipkart executive tells me: visit the lg brand. Why would i?
But i did... They confirmed and i knew flipkart would not believe so asked them to send me a mail...

Below is the whole situation along with display issues...

The mail from them is concise as i forgot to get it at the service center..
. You can call the person incharge from whose mail had been sent!

The display with issue has also been attached. The white circle in the photo is of app shortcuts. The pictures taken of solid colors like red, green and grey. How in the earth would you expect the display to be correct if it shows uneven colors on the top and bottom. Also pictures of chrome and youtube has been attached too.
