[Resolved]  Flipkart — Ac damaged unit return/replacement

My samung ac 1.5 delivered on 7 august 2021. The box in which product is received is damaged and also the compressor unit of ac is damaged from one side.
I raised a replacement to flipkart on the same day but they told me to wait for installation guy to check and confirm the issue.
Installation guy came on 9 august and confirmed the product is damaged and cannot be installed now flipkart is not responding for further process.
