Description: I purchased an LG 6.5 kg with Smart Diagnosis and Smart Inverter Fully Automatic Top Load Silver (T65SKSF4Z) on 25th September 2022. The product was delivered on 28th September 2022 without any accessories. The machine is still in uninstalled date as of today (08 October 2022).
I raised a complaint on the same day stating that accessories are missing. I was promised by Customer care that the issue will be resolved within 24 hours and the deadline provided was 1st October. The resolution expected was that I will buy the missing accessories from the LG service provider. They asked me to wait for a call from their backend team to confirm the details, post that I could continue with the purchase of the missing accessories. Please find the list of missing accessories below:
1. 1 unit of the drain hose
2. 1 unit of QRG (quick reference guide)
3. 1 unit o[censored]ser manual
4. 1 unit OT hose
5. 1 Unit Detergent Powder (200gm packet)
6. Anti Rat Cover
The backend team called me the next day but the call dropped due to network connectivity issues. Since then I have called customer care around 30 times requesting them to connect me with the backend team. I got the assurance that the backend team will call me back by 1st October 2022. The deadline was then moved to 2nd October and then again to 4th October 2022. Currently, they are not showing any deadlines on the app.
I want to retain the product and have it installed by a certified service provider and a refund from Flipkart for missing accessories as they promised earlier. Was this information helpful? |
